Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it in its original protective packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during the transit process.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional white-glove carrier to collect the item from your home at a time that fits your schedule.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
